These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BizBundle website and the shared direct-mail advertising services offered by BizBundle ("BizBundle," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or submitting a reservation, you agree to these Terms.

Services

BizBundle produces shared direct-mail postcards featuring non-competing local businesses and delivers them to targeted households in Central Iowa. Space availability, mailing dates, household counts, and pricing are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of reservation.

Reservations and Approvals

• Submitting an availability check or reservation request is an inquiry, not a confirmed reservation. A space is reserved only after we confirm your placement in writing.
• BizBundle may decline or remove any advertisement at our discretion, including for category conflicts, content concerns, or missed deadlines.
• Only one business per category is included per mailing.

Advertiser Content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the business information, offers, images, and links you provide. You represent that you have all rights necessary to use the content you submit and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. You grant BizBundle a license to use your submitted content solely to produce, print, and distribute your advertisement.

Payment

Pricing is confirmed at the time of reservation. Payment terms, production deadlines, and cancellation windows will be provided with your confirmation. Missed artwork or content deadlines may result in a delayed placement or forfeited space.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or submit false or misleading information.

Disclaimer

The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BizBundle does not guarantee specific advertising results, response rates, or return on investment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizBundle's total liability arising out of or related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the mailing at issue. BizBundle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
